Safe distances, never over crowds
At weddings, parties and sports events the drone captures the venue, arrivals and group shots from a safe distance. It never flies over guests or crowds. Every booking needs the venue’s or landowner’s permission, an airspace check, and a briefing for you on where the drone will and will not fly.
Aerial filming: common questions
Will the drone fly over our guests?
No. The drone never flies over crowds or groups of people. We plan where it will and will not fly, keep a safe distance from guests, and brief you on the plan before the day.
Do we need the venue’s permission?
Yes. Every event booking needs the permission of the venue or landowner. We help you ask, and we check the airspace around the venue before we confirm.
What if the weather is bad on the day?
We will only fly when it is safe. If wind or rain stops the flight, we will tell you as early as possible and agree what happens next, as set out in the quote.
