Contractors, developers and funders all want to see how a site is progressing. A drone visit records the whole site in one go, and repeating the same flight path each time means every visit lines up with the last.

The result is a dated, consistent record of the build: useful for progress meetings, valuations, disputes and marketing.

Construction Progress Monitoring: common questions

How often should you fly?

Most projects suit weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits, with extra flights at key milestones. We agree the schedule at the start.

Can this be a monthly contract?

Yes. Updraft Monitor covers scheduled visits for a fixed monthly fee, which costs less per visit than booking one-off flights.

Do you work to our site rules?

Yes. We complete your inductions and permits, and agree take-off areas and flight times with the site manager.

Need construction progress monitoring?

Send us the address and what you need to know. We’ll plan the flight, check the airspace and send you a clear, fixed quote.
